About Me:
I am a trauma-informed yoga teacher devoted to gently guiding others on their healing journey through breath, mindful movement, and supportive practices that help regulate and soothe the nervous system. My approach honors the wisdom of the body and creates a space where people can reconnect with themselves in a way that feels safe, compassionate, and empowering.
My work is deeply informed by my own lived experiences and the personal healing journey that led me to this path. Having navigated profound loss, trauma, and periods of deep personal challenge, I understand how overwhelming life can sometimes feel and how important it is to have a supportive space for healing. Through these experiences, I’ve walked the path of transformation—moving from feeling defined by circumstances to living with greater clarity, resilience, and purpose. That journey has shaped the way I hold space for others—with empathy, patience, and deep respect for each person’s unique process.
Today, I am passionate about supporting others as they rediscover their inner strength, reconnect with their breath and body, and move toward a place of greater balance, self-trust, and wholeness.
